Balombini Sculptures

I’m still in a wistful, autumn frame of mind. Nobody tells a moody, wistful tale better than Laura Balombini so I popped over to her site and she didn’t disappoint….seven pages of lovely characters…don’t miss them.

Take a look while I bond with my new IMac. Totally awesome.

Yay! Another Mainer on PCD! There are so few of us up here in the Northern Woods. Or should I say “Down here”?

I love to browse Laura’s work… her style is so unique. If you like her work, I recommend you check out her paintings too (under the 2D section). You might also enjoy her “journal”, where you get a tiny peek into an artist’s mind.

        Macs rule! ;^)

Laura ain’t too bad, either!! (And wow, has she grown as an artist since I first say wer work!!! Not that it was bad early on, just more “ordinary”. Now she has a true artistic voice, and has become Major League! Brava!!)

Oops! Previous comment should read “since I first SAW HER work!” Sorry!

Thanks for this. The colors and style are so inspirational. I love whimsical/fantasy-like figures. Last I saw Laura’s work it was the wire wrapped figures. I’ve been out of the loop for a while!
