Twisted polymer fun

All signs point to extruding. Get out your gun and try this new trick from St. Petersburg’s Maria Belkomor .

Her twisted bracelet comes with an easy tutorial in Russian but you won’t need written instructions to get the gist of it. The pictures show you everything.

Notice how the soothing colors of her bracelet match the colors in the street view on her blog.

Some fun for your weekend! It’s still hot which will make the clay softer and easier to extrude.

    I do not own an extruder, but I am going to have to go out today and get one so I can try this. What beautiful bracelets Mary! I love your style, and cannot wait to see what else you have created.

    These braceletes are uncomplicated but stunningly effective. I haven’t been this visually drawn to a polymer clay piece in quite awhile.

      Be sure and get either a Makins or Walnut Hollow extruder not the thumb buster from Kemper.

                        Congratulations !!!! I am going to try to make this sort of bracelet but just a question do you put a nylon thread in the middle I think I have seen something( in your tuto ) looking like a thread or am I dreaming ??????
