Have you gotten wind of the electroforming on polymer craze? A glance at the kit available from Sherri Haab and a look at the recent experiments of these artists may start your wheels spinning:
That led me to some of the glass folks like Kate Fowle Meleney who’ve become expert at electroforming.
If you know of others who are experimenting, send me links to their work. For those of you who prefer more low tech polymer, check out this easy and fun free bead shaping tutorial.
Janice Abarbanel ,
Cynthia,
Thanks for the mention. Sherri’s setup is so easy to use and you can become pretty proficient in a short amount of time. I’m really enjoying working with it and I’m sure a lot of your readers would too!

Hi Cynthia,
Kate Fowle Meleney has been recognized for many years as an Electroforming Goddess! She does on occasion work with polymer clay using this technique. Her classes and books are a wealth of information. She is a very talented and giving artist who I have had the pleasure of meeting. Take her electroforming class or read her book if you have the opportunity to do so. Either experience is priceless.

Hi Cynthia,
I agree with everything that Janice wrote. Including the thank you!
