Philadelphia Guild’s Pictures

Browsing the Philadelphia Polymer Clay Guild’s blog and Flickr sites is like attending a virtual meeting, this month with Donna Kato.

There’s a wealth of inspiration on the site…like these necklaces by Ellen Marshall (left) and Susan Gross (right). Jeff Dever will teach a sold out class next week.

Kudos to the guild for delivering such up-to-the-minute pictures and information and such dynamite classes.

Nope, not me. I will guess Ellen Marshall – love the surface design. Can’t wait to hear more about NYC! – Judy

I remained planted in front of my screen with the open large mouth has to look at these images!!!
      a superb virtual visit!!!

      THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

I believe the mystery necklace is by Susan Gross – a wonderful woman, I might add. 😉

The Philly crowd is full of terrific people and terrific clayers. (sending out a huge Maine hug to them all!). I had the chance to clay with many of them, at different times, and I highly recommend a visit with the guild any time you get a chance. (And no, Arlene didn’t pay me to write this – lol!)

Yep, that first necklace is by Ellen Marshall. So pretty. And the second is Susan’s. They’re both even more beautiful in person!

I’m feeling a little guiltly. I usually upload the pics right away, but there are many more to add. I left after the meeting for my annual two week vacation in RI. I am glad my colleagues have maintained things while I have enjoyed the nice weather here. It’s raining tomorrow, so I will be updating the site. Thanks for the nod, Cynthia – Sarah PAPCG Web Tinkerer.

Yes, these necklaces are beautiful. Sarah does have a ton more pictures with plenty of incredible items. We are looking forward to seeing them. We never had time to get through show and tell because there was so much to see and do.If you live in any of the following states you may be near enough to visit our meetings. NJ, DE, NY, MD, and PA of course!

Thanks Mel! Arlene said the check is in the mail.
